Attention: The Critical Success Factors Have Now Been Released
What makes one person more successful than the next? Do you think it's their job, business, house, car, husband/wife, or country club that they belong too? Is there a capricious God who picks and chooses who is to be successful and who is not? My friends......the houses, cars, jobs, and money are a result of success. In fact, you don't have to have those things to be successful at all (that should be a load off your shoulders). Success is an inside-out game. Once you have it right on the inside, you can have anything you want on the outside. I'm going to explain what it means that success is an "inside-out" game. But first, I want to share with you the 8 critical success factors that will guaranteed, speed up, and maintain your success throughout your life. Sound like fun? Lets dig in..... The 8 critical success factors to the ultimate life are not taught in schools and are rarely taught by your parents. This is because most of the population just don't know that they exist. We have all been conditioned into thinking that success comes from the things we do. For example, "When I get this job I will become debt free." "When I get a raise I will have more time to spend with my family." "Or, when I eat less I will lose weight." My answer: maybe and more than likely you won't. This is because success comes with a price. That price is usually more challenges so you can become more successful. The more money you make, the more challenges you will have because money is a magnifier, not a problem solver. If you're not already spending time with your family, more money will not solve that, it will magnify the "Not" spending time with the family. If you do not accept your current health and fitness and feel worthy of the desired fitness you want, then you'll never lose weight and the opposite will probably happen. How many times have you seen people lose all of this weight only to gain it back within a couple of weeks? That's because they do not feel worthy of having a successful body. If you are not already worthy, confident, wealthy, and fulfilled as a human being, you'll never attract and maintain the debt free, I'm going to have more time with the family, and healthy and fit body lifestyle. If you do get them without "being" successful, you'll constantly be on this emotional rollercoaster of gains and losses. What you have to do is "Become" successful and then your results will reflect your inner state of being. So by now, if you haven't figured it out yet, we are going to focus on the critical success factors that make you "Become" successful, so your circumstances change to prosperity and abundance forever. The 8 critical success factors are: - Having a positive mindset.
- Creating and maintaining a vision and set of goals.
- Gratitude.
- Taking Action.
- Giving.
- Responsibility.
- Forming proper relationships.
- Beliefs and "Let Go & Let God."
You are in for a real treat. These 8 critical success factors are literally the "Key to the Kingdom." Only "gratitude" showed up with any decent keyword supply and demand. But you know what, it doesn't matter to me because learning how to have true success will put you on the path of ultimate wealth and fulfillment. I want you to bookmark this page and subscribe to the Wealth Building Blog on my homepage. Over the next couple of weeks you are going to learn all of the 8 critical success factors. For the remainder of the article, I'm going to explain to you the definition of success, why success is an inside-out approach, and how to measure your success.
What Is Success?According to Earl Nightingale, founder of Conant and Nightingale and mentor of Bob Proctor, "Success is the progressive realization to a worthy ideal." You become successful once you start pursuing what ever it is you want. Once you begin realizing that big dream of yours, whether it be a certain career, job, or business, you become successful. Think of a time when you achieved one of your goals. Let's say it was a particular position in your career path. You are now CEO of an IT firm that operates globally. Your income jumped to over $100,000 per year. You now drive a BMW and upgraded your house from 2,000 sq ft. to 4,000 sq ft. Is this success? It depends. If you achieved these outcomes because this is what you wanted for yourself and it's your life-long dream, then yes, you're successful. However, if you are just getting this job because you need to pay the bills, earn money, and get more things to be happy, then no, you're not successful because you're just "doing this" because you think you need it. This is why success cannot be thought as and determined by your outcomes. If you rely on becoming successful in what you get, then you'll never be fulfilled because the journey of life is endless. It will feel as if you need to fill this empty and endless hole with material things in order to become successful. This will only leave you with feelings of never having enough, needing more to be somebody, and unworthiness. Life is not meant for us to feel that way. Wealth, success, fulfillment, prosperity, and abundance are your natural states of being. Everything to the contrary was programmed into us. You can have all of the luxuries and material things and it's your birthright to do so, but their only purpose should be "Just Because" you want them. Your identity and ego should not be wrapped up in your things. If you lost your BMW and your attitude is "Well, I guess I can just get another one", you are radiating with success. You are detached from the outcomes and this is when your success will be ever-lasting. You won't have to prove anything to anybody. You are just doing what you're doing because you love too. Sure, we all want to be somebody, but you already are someone great, you just have to tap into your greatness. You now understand that your success is not in "how many things" can I get, but rather what you're doing to grow yourself and others to their fullest potential. How can you contribute to your life and the lives of others? Here is my personal example. My dream is to become a world renowned writer and speaker in the personal and corporate arena. What makes me successful is already being, on the inside, a world-wide renowned writer and speaker. I feel worthy, excited, and fulfilled having my desires. I feel like I already have this level of being. The way I'm expressing this feeling is by pursuing my dreams, which is becoming a world renowned writer and speaker in the personal growth arena. I never contemplate whether or not I'm going to get this. I'm just doing what I love and what makes me come alive. It's only a matter of time before it shows on the outside and the rest of the world catches up. Bottom line: Success is a state of being. Success is being happy, fulfilled, and having a love for who you are and what you do.
Donald Trump's Success
When Donald Trump earned his first million did he stop there? No, he went on to build bigger and better developments and earned his first billion. Did he stop there? No, because he is still pursuing his dreams today with bigger and brighter goals. He wants to grow to his fullest potential and he wants others to grow with him. The fantastic, luxury buildings he creates are challenges to him, which help him grow. The people that buy his residences help reinforce the fact that they are successful, fulfilled, and wealthy. Donald's buildings make people feel good. His millions and billions of dollars are a by product of Donald being successful. He chose to become successful and he chose to continuously grow as a human being. His real estate developing is just the vehicle to help express his success and conscious growth. To me, it seems like Donald will never stop because I think he realizes that he is an unlimited individual. Now, the real question is......is Donald Trump successful? From the outside looking in, probably everybody would agree so. Do we really know? Actually, most of us probably don't. What makes Donald successful is whether or not he is pursuing his dreams and staying on track. My assumption is that he's successful or he would of quit after declaring bankruptcy and owing over a billion dollars. Success is an inside to out game. When you understand and know that success begins with your attitude, you become unstoppable in life.
Success is an Inside-Out ApproachSo, how do you create success from the inside-out. Easy----by learning the 8 critical success factors. I'm only going to briefly touch on the "foundation piece" of the critical success factors and that is Mindset. We will get more detailed in the next article. Success is not what you do, but how you do it. How you do it starts with your mindset. Picture your mind like an endless, flat field of prime soil ready to be seeded. Anything that you plant in this soil is guaranteed to grow. If you plant the seeds of diamonds, you will reap diamonds in return. If you plant the seeds of rocks, you'll receive rocks in return. Which do you prefer to harvest, diamonds or rocks?
I don't know about you, but I pick diamonds. If you want to achieve successful results and circumstances in your life, you have to plant the proper seeds. Before you plant those seeds, you have to have great soil to plant them in. Your mind is the soil, and your thoughts and feelings are the seeds of success. The thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes that you hold about yourself and the world will dictate your action and the results you get. All success starts with your thoughts and feelings. Sow thoughts of success, wealth, prosperity, and abundance, and you'll harvest the by products of those thoughts.
How to Measure SuccessLet's answer this question first: Why do you want to measure your success? What we are talking about here is measuring your results. You want to measure your successes so you know if what you're doing is working. When you're on your path of success, you'll be in a massive, endless trial and error journey. Some things will work, most won't. It's not necessarily the action that has to be different. In some cases it may be, but most of the time you have to change your mindset. Understand that all things created in your life are the results of your past thoughts, feelings, and/or actions. When you change all or just a combination of the three, your outer results will change, too. There is an old ancient saying, "As above, so below." That saying is also synonymous to "As within so without." You want to measure your results so you understand and get some insight of the cause of your wins or losses. The easiest way to do this is by journaling. Keep a personal journal on a bi-weekly basis to measure your results. Here is a quick list of the questions you can answer. Also, it's important to measure the results of your current goals, which you only know. - How much money did I earn this week or month?
- What is my business like?
- On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, how are my relationships?
- Am I in love?
- How is my health? Weight? Energy levels? Fitness?
- How is my spiritual connection to my source?
Whatever you answer above, follow up with, "What can I do to improve that current situation?" "How can I think differently?" "What exact things can I do better or different?" See your current outcomes as a result of your past thoughts, feelings, and actions. Forgive yourself, celebrate, get excited, then move on and get busy. One point I'd like to make---- the most successful and wealthy people in this world excel in all areas of their life, not just one. They have their desired results financially, relationally, mentally, spiritually, and physically. Yes, it's very achievable and it'll start happening when you put energy to all areas of your life (that's a different article and a different topic).
